ATENA: Ambiente de desenvolvimento de trilhas especializadas e núcleo analítico para auditoria contínua

Este artigo apresenta o projeto ATENA (Ambiente de Desenvolvimento de Trilhas Especializadas e Núcleo Analítico), uma inovação em desenvolvimento pela CGPLA/SFC/CGU que aprimora o processo de criação e execução de trilhas de auditoria através da aplicação sistemática de Inteligência Artificial. O sistema aborda três desafios críticos da auditoria governamental moderna: a volatilidade normativa, a complexidade na criação de testes especializados e a necessidade de tempestividade na detecção de irregularidades. A solução proposta integra tecnologias avançadas de processamento de linguagem natural, busca semântica e análise automatizada para criar um ambiente onde auditores podem desenvolver, testar e implementar trilhas de auditoria de forma ágil e adaptativa, mantendo a precisão técnica e o rigor metodológico exigidos pela auditoria governamental.
