Resumo
A 4ª Edição dos Cadernos Técnicos da CGU reúne artigos que contribuem para a reflexão sobre as capacidades do Estado brasileiro. Os textos discutem diferentes dimensões das capacidades estatais concretizadas na Controladoria-Geral da União (CGU) para o cumprimento da sua missão principal: promover a integridade e o enfrentamento da corrupção para que políticas e serviços públicos sejam entregues com melhor qualidade e efetividade à população brasileira, sobretudo àquela grande parcela mais necessitada da atenção estatal.
