A Ouvidoria Pública como mecanismo de enfrentamento à corrupção e sua interface com o Programa de Integridade

O presente artigo tem por objetivo discorrer sobre o papel estratégico da Ouvidoria enquanto
eficaz mecanismo de enfrentamento à corrupção, em razão das relações comunicacionais que mantém
com os diferentes públicos que interagem com a Organização, proporcionando abertura, calibração e o
constante aperfeiçoamento do sistema de governança pública, bem como por meio da utilização dos seus
indicadores para a construção e a manutenção de uma cultura da integridade institucional, os quais são
extraídos na sua atuação cotidiana de prevenção, detecção e monitoramento de eventos potencialmente
danosos ao Órgão e, em último análise, aos serviços públicos que são entregues à sociedade.
