Uma análise das motivações dos titulares nas ouvidorias das universidades federais de Minas Gerais: alguns diagnósticos e novas perspectivas

Este projeto pretende analisar o cenário atual das ouvidorias das universidades federais de Minas Gerais quanto aos fatores que possam influenciar positiva ou negativamente o interesse dos servidores em assumir a titularidade dessas ouvidorias públicas, mapeando desafios e boas práticas. A pesquisa envolve análise documental, envio de questionários e estudo de casos, permitindo a proposição de estratégias para fortalecer a atuação das respectivas ouvidorias. Espera-se que os resultados contribuam para a motivação e o engajamento dos ouvidores e de suas equipes, aprimorando a gestão universitária e possibilitando a replicação das estratégias propostas em outras universidades federais.
