Projeto de otimização da gestão de dados da Ouvidoria da UFPB visando ao aprimoramento da governança institucional

Este projeto de intervenção tem como objetivo estabelecer parâmetros e procedimentos para o tratamento e a consolidação dos dados mantidos pela Ouvidoria-Geral da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), visando à elaboração do relatório anual e de relatórios temáticos, em conformidade com a Portaria Normativa CGU nº 116/2024. Com o emprego da pesquisa-ação como estratégia metodológica, o presente trabalho busca dotar a Ouvidoria das ferramentas necessárias para a gestão inteligente e racional dos dados custodiados pelo setor, de modo a permitir a produção de relatórios de maneira tempestiva e relevantes para a administração da Universidade.
