Conformidade à Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais: o papel da Ouvidoria na transformação da cultura institucional

Este projeto de intervenção tem como objetivo fortalecer a conformidade do Ministério do Desenvolvimento, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços (MDIC) com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), por meio da atuação estratégica da Ouvidoria, unidade de vinculação da pessoa encarregada pelo tratamento de dados pessoais do órgão. A proposta apresenta um conjunto de ações estruturadas que buscam a transformação da cultura institucional, integrando práticas de proteção de dados pessoais, segurança da informação e transparência pública.
