Combate à Corrupção: novos tempos

Nos últimos anos, o combate à corrupção ocupou uma agenda de debates, envolvendo amplos setores da classe política, mídia, instituições estatais e organizações da sociedade civil. A novidade não está no tema, mas no seu enquadramento. Parece aceitável uma hipótese segundo qual a situação presente é melhor do que no passado e que ocorreram avanços.Downloads
