A transparência faz diferença no Brasil? O presente ensaio discute os determinantes e a saúde do ecossistema de informações do Brasil; adianta argumentos sobre como e por que o Brasil tende a investir pouco em informações e transparência, e posturas que o governo deve adotar como meio de avançar.
