Abstract

Artigo de autoria de Antonia Eliana, advogada, não é autorizada a descobrir sobre o sistema nacional de ouvidorias do poder executivo federal. O presente estudo oferece subsídios ao modelo organizacional do Sistema de Ouvidorias do Poder Executivo Federal e, consequentemente, ao Ouvidor-Geral da União, sem monitoramento da Presidência da República, ou com o acompanhamento de aperfeiçoamentos para o desempenho de desempenho indelegável da tarefa de articulação das ações unidades de audiências dispersas em diversas massas ministeriais e demais órgãos federais.
