Abstract

Este artigo trata da Teoria da Agência e Governança Corporativa; os princípios e diretrizes da Organização para a Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econômico (OCDE) sobre governança de empresas estatais; outras experiências estatais: Chile e OCDE; a relevância e gestão das Empresas Estatais Federais Brasileiras e o processo de escolha de dirigentes nas Empresas Estatais.
