Corrupção na Administração Pública e crimes de “lavagem” ou ocultação de bens, direitos e valores

Abstract

Este artigo trata da abrangência do termo “corrupção” em geral, como também nas corporações privadas e na Administração Pública. Além disso, apresenta sobre crimes de lavagem ou ocultação de bens, direitos e valores; de crimes de lavagem de dinheiro nos Estados Unidos, no Brasil e na Administração Pública como antecedente criminal. Por fim, indica medidas de prevenção e combate às práticas de corrupção e cita os efeitos socioeconômicos da corrupção.
