Abstract

Este artigo é uma descrição dos principais conceitos e abordagens sobre o tema da corrupção, assimilado e selecionado pelo autor por ocasião da sua participação no ciclo internacional de administração pública pública “A Corrupção: Realidades Econômicas e Econômicas” (A Corrupção: Realidades Econômicas e Meios) de Luta), realizado em junho de 2010 na França. As ideias são mescladas pela experiência obtida em auditorias e fiscalizações em entidades públicas, com objetivo de delimitar ou escopo, definir conceitos, delinear causas e criar aplicações de combate dentro da realidade nacional.
