Abstract

Este artigo trata sobre o regime de empregados públicos, ou poder de contratação, os reflexos da destituição de carga em comissão no contrato de trabalho de funcionário público cedido, com justa causa: quebra de confiança, indisponibilidade de interesse público, os princípios constitucionais e empresas estatais e sobre uma improbidade administrativa: impossibilidade de retorno ao serviço público, à luz dos princípios constitucionais.
