Abstract

Este artigo trata sobre o controle social da Administração Pública Federal no Estado Democrático de Direito, cujo tópico foi subdividido em: controle social do processo administrativo disciplinar, limites da administração no Estado Social e os seus desafios na implementação do Estado Democrático de Direito; interpretação do controle social no Estado Democrático de Direito e direito à informação como instrumento de exercício do controle social. Além disso, é exibido sobre o controle social do processo administrativo disciplinar, que é subdividido em: limites e possibilidades de controle social no processo administrativo disciplinar.
