Alcançando a Accountability: Uma Abordagem para o Planejamento e Implementação de Estratégias Anticorrupção

Casos históricos de excitação e fracassos na luta contra uma lição fundamental: uma campanha anticorrupção (ou que chamarei de estourar a política) altera alterações duradouras no nível de equilíbrio da legislação, ainda mais se essas políticas não forem inseridas em um amplo esforço de responsabilização. Este artigo oferece suporte a uma série de exemplos de luta contra corrupção que foram bem-sucedidos, na tentativa de desenvolver uma abordagem de responsabilidade que possa ser amplamente aplicada em diferentes contextos e setores. O artigo também aplica uma abordagem iterativa e estratégica, utilizando uma estrutura básica de equação da responsabilidade para orientar os agentes de anticorrupção.
