COMPLIANCE COMO MÉTODO DE CONTROLE DA CORRUPÇÃO EM HOSPITAIS PÚBLICOS BRASILEIROS: UMA ESTRATÉGIA VIÁVEL?

Este artigo utiliza uma técnica de revisão bibliográfica para abordar três temas interseccionais: Configurações normativas internacionais e nacionais de controle e prevenção de corrupção; pesquisas empíricas que repensam e avaliam estratégias anticorrupção em hospitais; e o controle da corrupção a partir de instrumentos de conformidade. Diante desses elementos, o texto pode possibilitar o uso em hospitais públicos brasileiros, que podem conter práticas corruptas que prejudicam substancialmente a prestação de serviços públicos de saúde. Não é possível definir padrões de uso para evitar modelos herméticos de conformidade para o setor público hospitalar, mas analisar criticamente pontos de encontro entre anticorrupção e conformidade, com observância das particularidades do setor.
