Legislação Colaborativa: o processo em foco na produção de políticas anticorrupção

Combater a corrupção se tornou, nos últimos anos, uma das principais ações dos brasileiros. Ainda assim, são poucas as formas do cidadão comum que contribuem para esses esforços concretos. Existem limitações e lacunas na legislação brasileira que prejudicam esse maior engajamento popular. Em virtude disso, a principal forma de atuação bem controlada pela população brasileira, a maneira mais ampla, não foi apoiada por projetos de lei de iniciativa popular. Esse instrumento ainda encontra obstáculos para concretizar, todavia. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentado, brevemente, essas experiências recentes e demonstradas, pelo exemplo das Novas Medidas contra a Corrupção, o potencial de uma participação popular mais profunda na produção de políticas públicas anticorrupção.
