Abstract

This technical report describes the development process used to implement the Business Intelligence tool on basic education expenditure data, using data from the Information System on Public Budgets in Education. It also presents the opportunities that arose from the use of an agile methodology and how it might bring advantages in cases where there is not a great deal of knowlegde about the business, even facilitating communication between the parts of the deal. Finally, it describes the tool at its current stage and presents the by-products that were built with the pre-processing results.
