Interview with Steph Muchai, Co-Chair of the Open Government Partnership (OGP), conducted by Professor Mário Vinícius Claussen Spinelli, from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP) and Guest Special Editor of the Revista da CGU. The interview addresses seven central themes of open government: the role of civil society in governance; institutional conditions for effective participation; evidence of the impact of open government reforms; the role of the OGP in adapting global norms; lessons from the Partnership’s 15-year trajectory; institutional arrangements aimed at economic justice; and current challenges facing the agenda.
