This edition presents nine original papers on corruption, transparency, and auditing, being part of them gathered in the special dossier "Government Control, Prevention and Combating Corruption," resulting from the research program with the same name, which is promoted by the Superintendency of the Office of the Comptroller General in the State of Minas Gerais in partnership with the School of the Attorney General in the State of Minas Gerais (EAGU / MG) and the School of the Legislative Assembly of Minas Gerais (ELE / ALMG).
