This edition presents thirteen original contributions. The first ten comprise the Special Issue “Open Government: Transparency, Participation, and Ombudsman Services,” coordinated by the guest editors Thiago Dias (UFRN), Fernanda Campagnucci (InternetLab), Mário Vinícius Spinelli (EAESP/FGV), César Nicandro Cruz Rubio (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), and Marconi Lemos (CGE Ceará). The set includes eight papers and two interviews: the first with Livia Sobota, Brazil’s National Secretary for Transparency and Access to Information at the Office of the Comptroller General, and the second with Steph Muchai, Co‑Chair of the Open Government Partnership (OGP). The remaining three papers originate from the journal’s continuous submission flow.
